Direct Sales Executive
Responsibilities
Proactively solicit for loan business
by promoting the loan products;
Personal Loan;
Debts Consolidation Loan;
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
Minimum 1 years' relevant experience
in personal loan industry;
Experience in telemarketing will be
a definite advantage;
Positive attitude, self-motivated and
able to work under pressure; and
Marketing oriented character.
Branch Manager
Responsibilities
To achieve assigned branch business
targets with quality;
To manage branch operation effectively
including business development, provision of quality customer
service, properly keeping of loans records, and maintenance
of loan quality;
To lead, motivate and train branch staff
and ensure efficient operation of the branch in strict
compliance with the Company's polices, internal control
and all statutory requirements; and
To devise and implement marketing campaign
to expand client base.
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
5 years’ or more experience in personal
loan industry of which latest 1 year at senior officer
level;
Good leadership, mature and able to
work under pressure to achieve business target/goal;
Excellent analytical, interpersonal
and communication skills; and
Strong marketing network and/or clientele
&/or referral agent base.

higher experience will be considered forAssistant Branch
Manager)
Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities
To handle daily accounting entries,
data inputs and filing;
To prepare journal entries, trial balance
and profit and loss account and balance sheet;
To prepare payment vouchers and issuing
cheques for payments; and
To reconcile bank statements and prepare
accounting reports and/or other adhoc assignments.
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
Preferably 2 years’ experience in
financial accounting works;
PC skills including MS Excel & Word
and Chinese Character input method;
Responsible and good self-discipline;
and
Be immediately available is an advantage.
( Candidates with
higher experience will be considered for Senior Accounting
Clerk )
Senior Loan Officer / Loan Officer
Responsibilities
Handle personal loan applications and
assist in branch business development;
Handle customer’s enquiry including
counter services and follow up delinquent accounts;
Assist branch in-charge to oversee
branch operations; and
Possess good marketing skills and connection
will be an advantage.
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in personal loan or similar field industry;
Strong in problem solving and good
negotiation skill; and
Marketing oriented character.
Loan Collection Clerk
Responsibilities
To review overdue accounts and/or borrowers;
Conducting dunning calls to follow
up repayments from defaulted borrowers;
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
2 years’ relevant experience in debt
collection or related field;
Positive attitude, self-motivated and
able to work under pressure; and
Basic legal knowledge is an advantage
Loan Clerk / Customer
Service
Representative / Telemarketing Executive
Responsibilities
Interview personal loan applicants;
Check and verify customers' loan applications
& documents;
Provide quality customer services;
Input daily accounting records and
maintain loans’ files; and
Conduct telemarketing calls and assist
in branch’s business development.
Requirements
Form 5 or above;
Minimum 1 years' relevant experience
in personal loan or customer service industry;
Experience in telemarketing will be
a definite advantage;
Positive attitude, self-motivated and
able to work under pressure; and
Marketing oriented character.
